How do I earn the free VIP Luxury unlock?
Complete 10 rentals with a Trust Score ≥ 85 and a verified ID. You can also subscribe to VIP — same vetting still applies.
What about damaged items?
Damaged items can't be listed. Lenders disclose pre-existing marks, renters inspect and accept before checkout, and every return needs a photo — just like renting a car. See the Rental Agreement.
