Lend Me is a peer-to-peer marketplace operated by the platform owner that lets community members ("Lenders") list items they own for short-term rental to other community members ("Lendees"). Lend Me is not a party to any rental agreement between Lenders and Lendees and does not take title to, inspect, or guarantee any item.
You agree to (a) provide accurate information about yourself and any item you list, (b) only list items you legally own and have the right to lend, (c) follow all applicable laws, (d) accept the Community Safety Policy, and (e) resolve disputes with the other party in good faith.
Lend Me may suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a safety, legal, or trust risk to the community.
